Registration

SSP is an exclusive event held at a private camping resort. Attendance fees are comprised of the SSP Registration Fee, plus a Peppermint Park Camping Fee (or a $10/day
walk-in fee). Attendance without the inclusion of both fees is not permitted.

STEP 1: REGISTER
with Rockland Astronomy Club
Register and pay online with your Credit Card or PayPal. Use Discount Code: SSP to save 17%. When you register online you will receive a receipt with a 4-digit SSP Confirmation Code to reserve your camp site.

DEADLINE: Online Registrations and Reservations MUST be received on or before Monday, July 22, 2019

WALK-INS: Late attendees will be also accepted throughout the event, including walk-ins. However, walk-ins MUST register at the main RAC Tent upon arrival.

STEP 2: RESERVE
Your Campsite with Peppermint Park
Go to: PeppermintPark.net to reserve your campsite. Please enter your SSP Confirmation Code in the 'Special Requests' box, or call 413.634.5385.

Important: You MUST use your RAC Confirmation Code (see Step 1) when making your camping reservation.

We have lots of room on the observing field for tents and telescopes, so come on up.
